You want offense? We got offense!

Vance Joseph and the Denver Broncos are wasting no time assembling a formidable coaching staff by hiring two new coaches with impressive offensive pedigrees. First,  the Broncos hired the recently fired San Diego Charger head coach Mike McCoy to be the offensive coordinator. McCoy was already the offensive coordinator once before for the Broncos from 2010-2012. He guided the Tim Tebow offense of 2011 and the Peyton Manning offense of 2012, displaying an ability to adapt his offensive scheme to the players strengths with great success. Later in the day, the Broncos hired Bill Musgrave, offensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders this year, to be the quarterbacks coach and help develop our two young quarterbacks. Musgrave was the backup quarterback for the Broncos behind John Elway in 1995 and 1996.
